Some much needed verses came from an unexpected source this morning. I had a visit from some Jehovah's Witnesses. I usually smile, nod, take their booklet, and say goodbye. Today, after they'd gone, I opened my Bible and read the verse that the woman had quoted. Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the thoughts that I think about you, declares Jehovah, thoughts of peace and not for evil, to give you a latter end and a hope." Then the next two verses...12 "Then you will call upon Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you;" 13 "And you will seek Me and find Me if you search for Me with all your heart;" Thank you Lord for your timely word.
