The Diary of Anne Frank

Hannah and I have begun to read The Diary of Anne Frank together. I was trying to think of a way to encourage Hannah in the area of journal writing when Anne Frank came to mind. She was young, interesting, and a great writer...what more could I have asked for? Unfortunately it was unavailable when we were at the library on Saturday. Fortunately I found a pdf version online (which was free!). I printed the first 6 pages (at half size) for us to read today. I have decided that I'll print it as I go rather than 100+ pages in one go. Hannah seems to be enjoying it so far...she was so shocked to read about the everyday freedoms that were taken from the Jews in Holland.
